Ricky previously worked at Telefonica, Coutts bank and Facebook for 5 years in the role of AV project manager, managing a team of over 40 AV engineers to coordinate the installations of tens of millions of pounds worth of equipment into renovated and new build office space. Last project was 611,000 Sq ft of new build office space across three buildings at Kings cross.

Jan 2020 Ricky left Facebook to pursue a new partnership with his brother Daren.

November 2020 he purchased a block of 29 flats derelict and vandalised for £530,000 spent a further £710,000 on refurbishment, thereafter in September 2021 completed a sale of £1,875,000 returning a profit of £635,000
